Travisco is proud to offer a wide variety of shapes and sizes for all our items as well as numerous lean/fat ratios. All items excluding Purees are raw and must be cooked thoroughly before eating.
Burgers
- Mini patties, sliders, round, puck (for smash burgers) oval or home style
- Sizes ranging from .89 oz. to 12 oz.
- Lean/Fat ratios available are 70/30, 75/25, 80/20
- Available as Ground Beef Patties or Ground beef blended with fortified soy concentrate
Specialty Items
Our Specialty items include Salisbury Steaks, Pepper Beef Steaks, Hoagie Patties, Cubed Beef Steaks and Patties. A variety of sizes are available.
Breaded Beef
Battered and Breaded Beef available in sizes for appetizers, biscuits, sandwiches and platters. We offer many formulations as well with seasoned chuckwagon breading, oven ready or fortified with soy.
Meat Loaf
- Our most popular blend contains Beef, Pork, Seasoning, Peppers and onions.
- Available in vacuum sealed package(3/5lb.), sliced or in an aluminum tray (2/5 lb.).
- Retail ready 2 lb. packs and also patties containing no pork.
Pork
- Breaded Center Cut Pork Loin is marinated and available as Pork Fingers and sizes for Biscuit, Sandwich and Platter.
- Sliced Boneless Pork Loin is marinated and sliced.
