OUR STORY
Travis Meats was incorporated in Knoxville, TN in 1935 by its founder, W.B. Travis. We have been in our current 100,000 square foot facility since 1974.
Over 9 decades of manufacturing frozen meat is a strong testament to our commitment to be as good as we can be every day. That commitment to excellence runs throughout all our relationships, employees, vendors and customers alike.
Our “Wall of Fame” is an employee appreciation club honoring 25 years of service at Travis Meats. There are now over 50 portraits on this wall with new members being added every year. That kind of loyalty comes from being treated with fairness and respect. Four of our primary vendors have been with us for over 40 years, an indication of our value in trusting relationships.
Our customers are treated with the same respect, appreciation and trust that our employees and vendors have come to know.
